Thank you for quick responses and help to solve the problem.
I was trying to find a platform which would have easy menu edit, the ability to change font, color, size of the menu. It looks good on the site :)

La création de menu en elle-même est plutôt sympathique. En revanche, le service client est inexistant et non compétent. 1 semaine d'attente pour résoudre un problème d'insertion du menu sur notre site. Après plusieurs jours, on nous répond qu'ils sont désolés que vous ayez désinstallé l'application alors que ce n'est pas le cas. Puis après encore un jour ou deux d'attente, on nous dit que tout est ok et en ouvrant notre site on se retrouve avec 2 barres de menu l'une sous l'autre. L'original et la leurs. Désinstallation immédiate. Merci pour le temps perdu.

I have had some minor issues with this app - just some links that were broken when viewing the mobile and web menu. I am so very impressed with the customer service that I have received. Giang, has been absolutely amazing and was very prompt and resolved my issue immediately. THANK YOU so much!

I've been setting up a site and found this mega menu to be easy to use, and when I did have an issue the support was quick and easy to deal with, they fixed my issue within hours. 5 star product, 5 star support

It's one thing to have a great app, but it means a lot to have a very responsive support. I had issues making the Mega Menu to work with my custom theme but the ETS-Soft team were so kind enough to fix it for me. Great job and more power! Love the Mega Menu so much!

Originally a 2-star, but they've actually worked really hard to fix the issues I've been having for me. I was surprised when they replied back with "We solved the issues. Please help me to check them" thinking it wouldn't have actually worked. But it did! Great job guys!

Is an excellent app, but since yesterday I haven't been able to save the changes on the menu. I get the error "Unknown error! Please try again later"
¿What could be the problem?

I am very happy with the support, Giang helped me everything to setup mainly sticky menu. Drag and drop made me very easy to create tabs.

A good app with no price required. Support team is good. The bad thing is when they update the app and request us to update as well. Once updated, the menu gone, we need to re-do again. And there was no any notification of generate menu. Despite all that their support is support

Hello, thank you so much for using our Mega Menu Pro app.

When we update a new version of Mega Menu Pro app, you will not need to update your existing mega menu.

The cause for your problem is that you changed the theme of your Shopify store, therefore the mega menu created for the old theme disappeared.

When you change the theme of your Shopify store, our app will require you to regenerate the mega menu, and you will receive a notification when access into Mega Menu Pro app. The new updates will not affect your existing mega menu.

I hope this answer will help.
