I tried to get it to generate an article for the product, but it keeps saying my product description text is too long and it doesn't work. My product description doesn't even exceed 1500 characters, so how can it be considered long? If the product description isn't detailed enough, how can customers feel confident about making a purchase? In my opinion, this app is simply unusable.

Thank you for your feedback. The issue you're encountering stems from our API's constraint, which limits prompt lengths to 1,000 words. We recommend condensing your product description to key points, and our GPT tool will then auto-generate a detailed product article for you. We're working on expanding this limit soon to alleviate such concerns.
