The app is generally useful, and the support team is excellent—very cooperative and responsive, even outside regular working hours.

One concern is that the app does not use the official WhatsApp Cloud API. I believe this should be clearly mentioned in the pricing comparison or app description so businesses can make an informed decision.

For small businesses with low message volumes, it can be a cheap solution. However, there is risk of the Business WhatsApp can be blocked by meta any day because of not official WhatsApp cloud API and second issue device got disconnected after some , you need to reconnect it and manually resend messages for all orders that received during the disconnection.

Another risk , if you use automatic fulfillment in your courier app, which usually you do one time per day it fulfill many orders at once which triggers order fulfillment messages like 50 at one time which trigger your device disconnection , messages get failed and expose risk of your business WhatsApp number blockage as sending bulk messages from unofficial API always have blocking risk .

To Minimize the risk you have to disable auto fulfillment in your courier app fulfill manually so at one time 2-3 messages shall be sent.

Overall, I think the app works fine for small order volumes and few messages 2-3 at one time.

The support team is definitely one of its strongest points.

I have tried this app and I am satisfied. I also tried other whatsapp confirmation apps but this one is working fine and messages send to customers on time and helping me to manage orders easily, Customer support is also very good if you face any issues then they will help you in a google meeting to setup app settings..

Very poor experience. Since installing Whatomation, issues never stop. Most of the time customer messages stop sending and the only fix is to logout and login the device again. Now the device also logs out automatically. Support tries at first but if they cannot solve the issue they stop responding. Not reliable for a business.
