I have tried this app and I am satisfied. I also tried other whatsapp confirmation apps but this one is working fine and messages send to customers on time and helping me to manage orders easily, Customer support is also very good if you face any issues then they will help you in a google meeting to setup app settings..

Delighted, I was using another order confirmation app for months but faced multiple issues and most importantly useless customer support. I have installed Whatomation and it's perfect. Thanks to the Kamran who has guided each and every thing professionally and in an honest manner.Super satisfied with the service and will also use KYC app soon.

Very poor experience. Since installing Whatomation, issues never stop. Most of the time customer messages stop sending and the only fix is to logout and login the device again. Now the device also logs out automatically. Support tries at first but if they cannot solve the issue they stop responding. Not reliable for a business.

I first installed the free version it was all fine, later to activate abandoned cart recovery I opted for Basic using their Whatsapp API but its a complete failure but to give it another try I switched to standard paying $15 it was all fine but all of a sudden the messages stopped going out when I checked with them they were trying to fix it but the wait TAT is too much and it just puts the business at risk.

Great app Whatomation makes managing orders and customer updates very easy. Plus, the customer support is fast and helpful.

tech support guy asked to meet on google meet and sent whatsapp no. scammers on this app. this is very alarming and shopify should take note
