Absolutely rubbish. No help from support either, I must have contacted at least 20 times via whats and online chat, The worst app i have dealt with on Shopify. Generally, all app support is top tier

I first installed the free version it was all fine, later to activate abandoned cart recovery I opted for Basic using their Whatsapp API but its a complete failure but to give it another try I switched to standard paying $15 it was all fine but all of a sudden the messages stopped going out when I checked with them they were trying to fix it but the wait TAT is too much and it just puts the business at risk.
Updating my review, 4th March, 2026 their free version will work smoothly and as soon as you purchase the plan, app will not work and they would not resolve it.
Previous Review: Integration was smooth and quick. Best part is customization. Highly Recommended.
Pathetic app. We have installed this paid app to reduce our work for orders confirmation but it skips almost 100 orders on daily basis and don’t send messages and there is no way to resend them confirmation messages and no customer service in critical conditions. Not recommended at all.
The app is extremely buggy, with frequent unexpected device disconnections. While support was helpful at the beginning, they later became unresponsive. Despite logs showing successful delivery, customer messages were not actually sent, which is a serious reliability issue.
first of all their customer support is excellent, they reply quickly. their charges are reasonable and message limits are enough for new or growing businesses. app response is little bit slow and the pages freeze but the action does save or submit. there should be some option whereby we can sent confirmation messages manually like whenever we want to send, currently it is sent automatically after some fixed time. overall we are satisfied with the app.
