I have been using this Whatomation app for 6 months and it works very smoothly. Order confirmations and updates are sent instantly without any issues. Their support team is very responsive and always available on WhatsApp. Overall, a very reliable and helpful service for any Shopify store owner.
I first installed the free version it was all fine, later to activate abandoned cart recovery I opted for Basic using their Whatsapp API but its a complete failure but to give it another try I switched to standard paying $15 it was all fine but all of a sudden the messages stopped going out when I checked with them they were trying to fix it but the wait TAT is too much and it just puts the business at risk.
