So far, easy to use. However, I can't find translation into different alnguages w/ any standar app. That's a pity.
Works well generally but we can never reply to customers on a Monday, we are always given an error message. This would also work better as a button on the contact page rather than a pop-up at the bottom of the screen as we have too many options.
