Good app, but the automated responses aren't very quick would make customer leave halfway

It is unable to send me test reviews. How do you expect me to trust it for the real reviews I am expecting to collect from my customers.

The app support is bad and it's getting worse, the app does not work properly and they don't reply since more than four weeks

I am still learning how to utilize the app. Whenever I have questions, I just need to leave a message in the chat box and Nafih will reply almost immediately. With all the shortcomings, I am still able to increase my review in a short while! Objective met!

Good App for quick collection of customer review. Imported reviews easily gets uploaded to loox app.
