I really NEEDED this to work and it just doesn't. I have a substantial wholesale business that I wanted to integrate into my retail website. I have been back and forth with the developers attempting to troubleshoot since I installed this back in November, even paying for the add-on features. Over 3 months later and it just refuses to work! It will work great for a few days or weeks, and then my customers start calling again that they can't place orders. Either the cart is extremely slow to update or won't update at all. Or the wholesale pricing doesn't load correctly so random products are left at full retail price. Or the customers have completely gone through the checkout process already and then the final PLACE ORDER button will just not work. There's been so many issues with only temporary solutions, I have no idea what makes my business different than the other 113 five star reviews. It has made my whole business look extremely unprofessional and I'm sure I have lost a number of orders when my customers just give up instead of reaching out when they can't place an order.

I honestly have no idea how someone could give this app 5*. We have been using for a couple of months and we have had nothing but issues. The team it seems doesn't know how to code their app. We tried to launch two ranges with them to trade only ahead of launching to the public. It was a disaster from start to finish! The 'tags' did not work. Our retail customers ended up seeing the whole range two months ahead when we planned which ruined the launch we had worked so hard on. Our trade customers were seeing crazy unknown prices for things, the VAT add on (which is the reason we went with them) doesn't work, it miscalculates the product. As soon as we can we will be removing this app and good riddance!
