Very reliable! After trying a few other apps to achieve the Group Discount functionality(and failing, either because of the app not functioning well, the customer support team being slow to respond, or just slowing down our website), this app proves to be the perfect fit.
Their team completed the setup for us super fast (less than 24h) and everything worked as expected from the beginning. Their dashboard is also super easy to use and, for the features they're offering, the prices are great as well! We're still in the Free Trial, but will definitely subscribe and keep using this app in the long-term!

The app is robust and offer a great wholesale tools. The customer support is outstanding. When you first install, the theme code need to be changed and it took about a day for the app to be ready to try. We wanted a solution with customer signup and volume/tiered discounts which required upgrade, I wasn't sure how to go about it but it was all explained to me within minutes. I installed the lock manager as well so now I have a wholesale site within my main retail page. The customer service is super fast and knowledgable

I use this app to create quantity price breaks and create different levels of price breaks for different levels of clients. The support team really is second to none. I deal with Darnish and he is so responsive and helpful. They get things done when they say they will. Whenever I have a need for their products in my websites, I definitely used them because of their ease of use, they do what they say they will and especially because of the customer service. I highly recommend using them if they have an app that will help you.

This App is phenomenal, does everything I needed it to, which was to created tiered pricing for different levels of distributors our company had based on customer tags and show that tiered price in the checkout area and cart. We recently restructured how we set prices for our distributors, which made it impossible for us to use any app for our distributor pricing, so our online store is now just for our end users. That is the only reason we decided to remove the app, other than that the app is great and the support was the most responsive i've ever had from a shoppify app. 10/10 would recommend and if we ever need wholesale/specifically tiered pricing again, this is the app we will go with
