Overall a really good app to present a specific discount level on a selected SKU or range of SKUs to a designated customer segment. It's easy to self-serve set up and manage discount tiers. We also worked directly with the Customer Support and Dev team to customise the app to showcase the discount for selected products across our Shopify store's product collections, product landing pages and integrated product widgets throughout the rest of the site which creates a really clear and optimal UX for Customers - no guessing or waiting to checkout to view their discounted pricing. We also customised further to hide Auto/Renewal / Subscription option for a certain Customer Segment. The App team were a breeze to work with, very thorough, clear process and quick and clear communication. Thanks for the great work!
I found these guys to be very responsive and timely. I've requested changes to their app several times. Each time they have been very responsive and made changes to accomodate my needs. Maybe one time they couldn't make a change because of the nature of Shopify. They were honest about the situation. I have been using this app for many years now.
The app works fine and if it doesn't match exactly your need, you can always ask the IT team some help. Even with the time shift, they try to be available and are very responsive on every requests we have (always in 12h max). The app performs well with the Lock Manager solution.
I spent a lot of time researching and testing different apps, trying to find the right fit for our business. We’re a small company—not quite ready for Shopify Plus—but we still needed a straightforward way to handle B2B orders without unnecessary complexity. Our B2B customers are dealerships, so we needed flexible pricing, various payment options, and seamless integration with our third-party customization app.
While some other apps I looked at had more advanced backend features and analytics, none of them could integrate with our customization app—except this one. That was the game-changer. I quickly realized that "more complex" doesn’t always mean "better." This app is incredibly easy to set up and use, yet it still offers more functionality than some of the higher-priced alternatives. It checked all our boxes and turned out to be the perfect B2B solution for us.
I saw another review mentioning that you might need some of the developer’s other apps for full functionality, and while that might be true, it’s still way more affordable than many other options out there. Plus, the customer service and integration team are top-notch. They went above and beyond to ensure everything worked perfectly and responded quickly with real solutions.
At the end of the day, do your research and don’t get distracted by flashy features you don’t actually need. This app delivers everything you need—and then some—at a way better price.

Incredible support!!!! We are in a different time zone but every time I leave the team a list of instructions and questions everything is sorted as soon as they are back online.
The app itself is doing everything we need, allows our wholesalers to login and make orders themselves at wholesale price, which saves our team lots of time in emails and back and forth with manual order forms. 10/10 :)
We are a coffee business offering services to retail and wholesale customers from one combined store. This app offers great B2B functionality for discounting prices to targeted groups of customers. Their customer service is better than anything I've ever experienced. Extremely fast turnaround on any question I send their way. I highly recommend.
We had some initial setup issues but they have been amazing at both fixing our issues and even integrating with some other apps and implementing their app with our website.

Too bad I cant give a higher score. We have had some small issues in the start, but Wholesale Helpers customerservice has been fabolous! I can recommend this app without hesitation.
They are very helpful, the app is very easy to use, and of course very powerful.
