We had a few hiccups getting the full integration, but support was great on helping us get any issues resolved.
I was looking for a way to store cc numbers for certain accounts of mine and this works well. I've also had a customer say it's very easy to use on their end as well.
I admit I was a little worried when I didn't see much in tutorials, FAQs, etc, I was hesitant to submit a ticket, knowing I needed an answer as quickly as possible, but Zac has always replied within 5 minutes. And he's been able to help with my issue immediately.
