For now, I'll give 4,5 stars, and if there are any improvements, I'll come back and edit it to 5 stars. I'll give a sincere review because I really want Wiio to be the best dropshipping supplier because of the attention they gave us. That's one of the key points: customer service gets a 10/10, price gets a 10/10, quality gets a 10/10, stock gets a 10/10, and they're very well organized. The only reason I haven't given everything a 5/10 yet is due to logistics; the loss of the AJ channel greatly affects everything else. In any case, Antia Jiang is my account manager, and I'm very grateful to her for her excellent work with us.

After a period of collaboration, I feel compelled to write this review to express my deep disappointment with this supplier. The quality of the products provided is very poor and inconsistent, often changing without prior notice. This not only directly affects the quality of the final product but also diminishes our own business's reputation in the eyes of our customers.

I've noticed that they do not perform quality checks on products before shipping, leading to many batches arriving in an unacceptable condition. These issues have been repeatedly reported, but there has been no significant improvement from the supplier's side.

Due to these negative experiences, I have decided to cease collaboration with this supplier. I advise other businesses to carefully consider before deciding to partner with them to avoid similar troubles. We all need reliable partners to build and maintain long-term business relationships, and unfortunately, this supplier is not the right choice.

My agent was too busy to respond back to me. I literally have basic things like "can you edit the price for this order" or "customer reported damaged product" and basically I am waiting for over a week now to get a response back. When i contact the support chat via wiio.io I get "I urged your agent, he will respond back SOON", yeah it's been soon for over a week now and my orders keep flowing in, prices are not quoted properly, I have damaged orders and there is literally no one to deal with that. On top of that all orders are being shipped 1 week after paid. They don't urge orders they are delaying them. I have orders literally paid and shipped 1 week after the payment is made which is ridicilous. Additionally quantity discounts are a myth - they give me $1-2 discount for every additional unit and if customers order 3-4 I get only $4 off the COGS. When I used wiio in 2022 I never experienced these issues and agents were responsive and always there to support you. Now it turned out to be a complete joke, you can't scale, you can't get quoted, you can't get 15 minutes a week from your agent to simply have the same vision of everything. Will be switching to something different, it's crazy way to treat your customers and on top of that we as a businesses are the one who takes the damage of your incompetence and lack of action.

I highly recommend WIIO as a supplier. The communication is excellent, very professional, and always fast. They are reliable, honest, and very helpful with every step of the process. Product quality is great, packaging is well done, and shipping is always on time.

Working with WIIO has made my business much easier and more efficient. I will definitely continue to work with them and recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy supplier in China.

I was initially very frustrated, after my first conversation with my assigned agent, everything was “set up,” but was setup inncorrectly apparently. When I reached out for help via online chat, the online support team often gave responses that didn’t address my concerns, which added to my disappointment, or redirected even basic sales questions they should have covered.

That said, the agent I originally spoke with has been wonderful. Once they stepped back in, they were incredibly helpful and supportive, which really turned things around for me. Because of their effort and care, I’m happily updating this to three stars. I still hope the overall online support experience will improve, but I’m grateful for the agent who went above and beyond to assist me.

I will update the review once i have worked with them and get feedback from clients regarding everything. For now it is mid range and i think that is fair as it took almost 3 weeks to get a full understanding.
