This app is a great automated returns option for our store. Customers are loving the exchange or store credit option, and it's a great way to retain revenue. Natalie, from their customer service online chat, is always quick to respond and assist with any issues our company may have. Would definitely recommend!
Re:do has streamlined our return process in a very sophisticated way. It has improved our staff's workload as well as our customer experience. Max has helped us navigate some specific requests related to our company and is always very quick to respond. We've really enjoyed working with the Re:do team so far!
I met with Max and chatted with Natalie and it was such an amazing experience! They answered all of my questions about Redo and helped me to understand the platform better!

We have been so thrilled with re:do! There have been some learning curves/tech glitches but support is always on it so quickly. Processing returns is SO much quicker, saving me time and money. My customers are also happier because they have access to great postage rates, much better than sending them to the P.O.! Highly recommend!!
The app is very user friendly and customer service has a great response time. Shout out to Max, who is very patient and does a nice job of walking you through the setup process and answering any and all questions along the way.
Re:do is an app I would highly recommend! The team (specifically Hannu) was great to work with and is so helpful! Re:do makes returns and exchanges seamless for our customers and it is such a quick and easy experience!
I set up this app to do my returns and it was super simple. Their customer support went above and beyond to link this app to my store.
We were concerned that our customers would abuse free returns E.G. — Buying 10 items and returning 8 of them— But Redo has it set it up so that customers are still getting the Amazon Prime experience, but they prevent customers from abusing it. They have thought of everything!
Super excited to use this app to cut down on my time processing returns. The onboarding process was very easy. Everyone I've worked with a Redo is friendly and patient with me! They are a great team!
