Warning! This app will break accessiBe which is a crucial app for staying ADA complaint. I found out that if I turn off the app switch in the website settings it fixes the issue and Redo still works fine, so I'm not sure why it's needed.

Other than that, Redo has been amazing and it has even increased our sales.

1st time using app. I think this will be great once my personal issues are worked out. The automation did not work so well but Natalie helped me quickly. The app desperately needs automation to let you know there is a return coming. As a small business owner, we wear many hats and I need a reminder of what is ahead of me. I was very interested in this App because it's unlike others out there. However, when I asked for setup assistance to make sure I was doing it right, they said "you don't want to offer returns or exchanges?" to which I said no, only store credit.
