Yeps is super simple to set up and manage by yourself. If you have doubts or questions, their support is replying within a few hours which is rare for Shopify apps. They come up with solutions quickly and immediately implement them. Can only say good things about the app.

Customer Service is prompt and Matty is very kind to provide many helpful tips along the way as well, first time using the app and would definitely recommend it! My only gripe would be that the app would be even more perfect if they could introduce more coloured banners and easy customisation for the banners for the various shopping seasons and sales! (:

Does not correctly capture emails. Very disappointed. Also, fundamentaly lack features and have a quite limited interface.

We added this app to display a Customs tax and duty warning to international customers (and ONLY international customers). It works great, and when we asked about its suitability for displaying GDPR cookie warnings to European customers, Yeps took the initiative and configured a GDPR bar for us! A+ customer service!

Our free trial ended today and we signed up for a paid subscription. We recommend it!

After testing the Yeps app in our shops, I can definitely recommend it! The app is easy to use and offers a good variety of options. The support team is super responsive and ready to help with making the banners compatible with your shop if needed and to answer any questions, even with time zone difference.
