Not very useful. Trying set up some things but the pages dont load on mobile devices. Not sure why. No information provided on this. Doesn't seen to be working at all. Wont use again unfortunately

I have downloaded the app multiple times to try and use it and every single time I open it, it does not load and just has a blank screen. Really disappointed.

Won't let me install the app saying it's connected to another shopify store like I changed the store's email and still the same. The issue has been over a month already and they just don't care. :)

I’m preparing for the launch of my new store and want to ensure I have my marketing tools set up before going live. I've been testing different email marketing apps, and my experience with Yotpo has been quite challenging:
Complex Setup: I was required to add four DNS host codes to my domain before even starting to use the service.
Mandatory Address in Footer: I was informed that it is mandatory to include an address in the email footer, which is inconvenient for a home-based business.
Test Email Issue: I was unable to send myself a test email to verify the email automation, and received a message to "contact support or try again."
Initially, I received responses to my first 2-3 questions. However, when I faced the issue of sending a test email, I tried to reach their live agents. The system showed that I was third in line, but when it was my turn, I received a message that agents were unavailable. After that, whenever I tried to contact them again, I was immediately informed that their agents were unavailable, without being placed in a queue.
It’s frustrating to spend so many hours just to get set up, only to face these obstacles and lack of support on the very first day. Imagine testing it; it’s your first day, and they already blacklist you after making you spend so many hours just to get it set up!
Edit: I tried contacting their live agents from another email and it worked, confirming that they did blacklist me already, for having questions! Wow- moving on to a different marketing tool, their loss!
UPDATE: They responded to my review saying that they had responded to my message and that I'm the one who didn't respond. My email is empty, logged into their app again just to see if they really responded, the answer is no, its crickets, its empty. I understand that they need to counter negative reviews for their reputation but to lie? I have no words left.

The app does not actually modify or do anything on the front end of your store so most probably its another app or modification you did.
Also based on our records you never contacted our support team, who will be more than happy to help you with the investigation
their support said i do not need to import customer list even after my store is fully validated and reviewed

I've checked your case and unfortunately, as my colleagues already told you, there are strict laws for sending SMS messages. Unfortunately, your list was not compliant with those laws. We are doing this mainly to protect you because the fines are quite big. I know that we've already explained this to you privately but here is a summary: If you message your clients without them opting in properly, you can get a lawsuit for $500 to $1500 per text message.
I know that you've already uninstalled our app, but if you decide to give it another shot, do not hesitate to contact us. We can help you set it up properly, show you the best practices, and be there for you if you have any questions (we have 24/7 support).

Completely useless and not customizable. I hope it didn't leave any code to slow down my store and there's NO "24/7" CUSTOMER SUPPORT like it says.

Does not import Shopify contacts, it's pointless to download. The support suggests adding other sign up forms, so what's the point of having the app?

Compliance is our number one priority and we would only allow lists from other text marketing apps, which have been neatly gathered. Just as an example if you message your clients without them opting in properly, you can get a lawsuit for $500 to $1500 per text message and we definitely cannot tolerate that.
Nothing works after the updates.
You can't edit SMS messages in the flows, when you press enter to move in a new line, all the text is gonna be deleted.
Moved to anoter SMS application, not recommended at all.
