This app is great but very confusing. I decided to chat with customer service and Lord helped me out. He was extremely helpful, quick, and kind! I really appreciate working with him and hope to get him if I run into problems in the future!

I recovered my balance easy. I can continue sending sms with my recovered balance. I will only check more my UTM tags to be sure it's working.

I installed this app yesterday. At the moment, I have not launched campaigns but can see that it allows me to do more things than I expected. It has many very useful templates and give ideas for the marketing of my store. In addition, I had a doubt and Jeffrey (support) solved it quickly. Aleksandar (support) is trying to help me to solve another problem. Both really kind. I don't see anything negative, at the moment.

Seems good so far. I'm just confused that in the year 2018 we still pay for sms when most phones are smart phones... But anyhow, does the job.
