I am using this for abandon cart messages, it was fairly easy to set up and it's a very well known trusted brand.
Marnie was amazing, fast and kind. I recommend this app for all the abandoned carts and checkout we got, 100
PL was a great help, with quick and easy assistance I was able to progress with my store creation in no time. I would recommend 10/10 times to new users having problems.
The customer service is outstanding. They respond quickly and helped walk me through setting up my account & SMS messaging, which was great, as I'm a first-time shop owner. I would definitely recommend this app for anyone just starting out like I was - the real-time assistance and ease of use is so worth it.
