Honestly it's a little confusing and making updates is glitchy because apparently their system needs some cool off time after a recent update. Thank God for their (Yotpo) live chat customer support. Princess (PL) was so helpful and so was AJ T! And I mean helpful helpful. If the support service remains this good then I will continue to use the service. They do have lots of features and integrations

The customer service is outstanding. They respond quickly and helped walk me through setting up my account & SMS messaging, which was great, as I'm a first-time shop owner. I would definitely recommend this app for anyone just starting out like I was - the real-time assistance and ease of use is so worth it.
