There is a real issue with the app SMS delivery confirmation!! I created an automation for the canceled orders to be sent to the admin phone ! Nothing has been received until today and I’m being charged on every message ! I contacted their support they will simply say (just as always) “ we have a proof all of these messages have been delivered by your ISP!! “ and that is it !! No further follow ...

I am using this app to automate my work and attract more customers to my site. By sending friendly notices to my potential customers I can motivate them to buy a nice mug for their morning coffee. This app is awesome and has great potential. It's a win-win! Bellasmugs.us

Marnie was great. Customer service was excellent. Very patient and helpful… I hope everything works out. i’m happy that 10,000 emails are free per month.

Also, Quin was very helpful and efficient and helped me lots. Wonderful spirit.

So far so good, had some issues getting the sms verifcation to go through but Melvin was able to sort this out during customer service chat immediately. Overall I think this is a pretty straight forward add on once you get the hang of it.

Great when it works, but seem to have bugs somewhat frequently. The team is very responsive though and addresses them quickly when notified.

Direi che è proprio una ottima app da usare per restare in contatto con i proprio clienti. Mi trovo proprio bene. Se proprio voglio essere critico mi piacerebbe ci sia una integrazione con Facebook in modo da sincronizzare i contatti in modo più semplice.
