Customer services was very helpful when trying to verify our phones. Aleksander gave us all the instructions on what to do and it was fast. So far it seems like a good app we will have to see if it turns out to work good for our company. Will review again in a month or two.
4/5 for now, 5/5 soon if everything keeps going smoothly! I am in the process of migrating from competitor to this product and it seems to meet ALL OF OUR NEEDS. Marnie has been super quick to reply on chat (speed and accessibility I find lacking in other apps/platforms) and I'm thankful for their help! Excited to continue to and fingers crossed we're up and running soon!
The app is really good to create your campaigns and schedule them, so you dont need to worry about the special days.....nice app!
Setup was a little tricky but I reached out and a rep named Chris was very helpful. I can't wait to start using this to draw in my customers!

Personally, this was very easy for me to work with and I love how the SMS looks compared to other platforms outside of Shopify. There are some that turns photos into a link but this app sends the actual photo.
I had questions regarding the detailed breakdown charges but Princess (PL) was very helpful and explained it to me.

The only thing I wish is if they allowed you to purchase credits at least every $100 or doing a one time payment for the amount I need. My charges were $248 but it's only allowing me to pay $200 OR $500... which is a huge difference honestly.
A little overwhelming but the customer service so far is top notch and they have helped with everything ive needed assistance with.
I used this app for my shopify page and ran into some technical issues. Support was fast and helpful.
