The app seems to work well, just takes a little time to get everything syncing properly. I had a few flows that weren't "flowing" and John D. was very helpful in getting these working again. Thanks!

Quin was also very helpful and patient working through some bugs. Apparently the tiktok pixel on chrome can make yotpo buggy. Pro tip for anyone that is experiencing the same issues!

SMSBUMP is very easy to set up and integrate with Shopify. Having SMS campaigns along side email campaigns is very important for business to stay connected with their customers. The standalone Shopify platform is deficient in this area. I assume because of the costs involved to send SMS. SMSBump allows me to customize my text message campaigns to suit my needs. The only feature that is missing is an iOS/android phone app to connect with the SMSBump chat feature so that when customers reply to my texts I can get notifications to my phone and quickly reply. Right now you can only get notifications by email and use a web app which is not as convenient for me. The Shopify chat app is a good example of a phone app that Yotpo should mimic for SMSbump chat feature. I spoke to smsbump representative PL to submit this feature requests to the Yotpo team. Hopefully it will be added to the roadmap for a future release.

I love this App 100%. From a prompt response from the representative (Joann), my verification was done in less than 5 minutes to easy navigation and integration. I absolutely love the service, and the dashboards are also friendly to use.

excellent customer chat support , the representative "Regie" gave me a quick solution to all of my queries and instructed me through instant Highlighted screenshots of how it needed to be done . i didn't have to wait in queues or wait for late replies like it happens in most of the free apps !

and about the app : im a new user to shopify and it looks like a whole new level of sms and email marketing opportunities opening up to me , sms charges are reasonable and templates and workflows are predefined and editable ,, although i did face some issues while editing the text in the flow templates with a slight inconvinience tbh ! but im sure their team will sort it out .

Let me start of by saying that AJ has assisted me in setting up my new Yotpo Email Marketing & SMS right when I started my account! I just opened a new business and created a shop on Shopify. However, to maximize clientele captures, I needed this Email Marketing & SMS app.

AJ assisted in helping me verify my account and TFN (Toll Free Number) extremely quick and easy.

[March 19] NEW REVIEW as AJ has assisted me with more issue resolutions!

AJ was extremely helpful in assisting me with figuring out the issue upon STACKED Discounts upon all my Flows.

He confirmed that NO SMS/Email Discounts from YOTPO stacks. Same with Shopify -> Yotpo Discounts.

The result is that if I want any stacked discounts, I would do so ONLY on Shopify.

AJ has helped me before and I commend him for his expertise and customer servicing!
