Joann C is an absolute legend, have spoken to him on multiple occasions and he is always very helpful and speedy!
customer support during setup was very friendly and helpful. Only after setup i found out that i was paying 0.32usd per sms instead of 0.16usd. (country outside of US. )
Turns out a text message is just 160 Characters and this includes links and unsubscribe info. So basically you always pay for more then 1 text message.
All in all its been a waste of time to set this up, with these costs we would pay thousands of dollars every month to use this service.
For US companies the costs will be much much lower, but keep in mind that the costs will not be the same as advertised on their pricing page, quite dishonnest marketing.

We just installed this app and the onboarding was great. However, once the onboarding was done, the interface is a bit overwhelming at first. After a few minutes of frustration, I jumped on the chat and was almost instantly helped by Josephine S who then connected me with Joann C who was an SMS support specialist. Within less than 5 minutes my queries were resolved.
This is truly a promising app. I docked a star just because of the interface lol (yes, I used the search box before I jumped on chat).
Joann C from SMSBump provided exceptional customer service, letting me know the issue was forwarded to another team for resolution.
Crashed all my website. lost sales because of it until I realized nobody could visit the website because of this stupid app.

The app does not actually modify or do anything on the front end of your store so most probably its another app or modification you did.
Also based on our records you never contacted our support team, who will be more than happy to help you with the investigation
Still figuring out how to use all the flows and campaigns and have run into some issues with the interface. However, I will say Customer Support is AMAZING. Shoutout Marnie for helping me out with all the issues I have been facing!
I have used SMSBump for a very long time now. This is the third store I've installed it on. Over the years it has generated 1000's in revenue with a tiny spend. This is most likely my all-time favourite app.
He gave me a quick and efficient answer to my problem. The support service is really great !!!!!!!!!
