Customer service was really good. Some of the screen shots sent were a little bit hard to read but all in all great and easy to walk through.

I tried various abandoned checkout recovery apps and methods and almost none worked for my audience, except for SMS Bump. It's provided a constant "bump" to my revenues ever since I installed it 6-7 months ago. Definitely part of my go-to stack whenever launching a new store.

We've been using SMSBump for nearly 2 years now and the return campaign fees and monthly subscription is a complete no-brainer. If you're not using text message marketing in your marketing strategy, please do yourself and your business a favor and do it. Granted there are tons of apps but SMSBump's customer support sets them apart...not just the other text messaging apps but all of the apps we have connected to our store...SMSBump's support has been the absolute best - always available, always super effective (not just sending links to their support/help desks), and super pleasant! Joann, Quin's and Princess' (PL) support really stands out! Keep on keeping on!

Their support is so good, I am compelled to update my review. That's a testament to the SMSBump team. I still feel the exact same sentiment. Their support is top notch!
