I just got done working with Jeorge Kenneth V who helped me quickly transfer product reviews from a retired product iteration to it's upgraded replacement. We are new to this ecommerce business so we do have a steep learning curve to overcome with. But Vien (Saints E) was a great help in clearing up our most basic questions. The waiting time from bot to agent was minimal which is definitely a nice surprise given how many bigger companies would make you jump through hoops and eat burning sticks before an actual human being is in touch with you lol. Wendyle is amazing! I got some questions about importing and exporting the reviews, she supported me from the start to the end, and fixed everything I encountered. And she is super efficient in fixing my problems. This is the type of support we all need as a brand owner.
