The app works well although it is pricey. They are the best way to collect reviews that I have found. They have a great support staff, Daniel helped me out so quickly when I updated themes to Shopify 2.0 and needed reviews put on the collection pages. I do wish they would allow dynamic discount codes for review requests.
This app has provided the social proof I need to get sales and grow my brand. James recently helped me with a couple issues while I was switching themes. Highly recommended for small businesses.

Yotpo is a review magnet! It is unbelievable the % of customers that turn into reviewers. They have a great interface that directly emails your customers and easily allows them to publish reviews without leaving email.
Also they keep coming out with new features, and its even easier to make it look integrated with your site.
Very well done and you can't beat the price!

Yotpo was great, but had to remove the app because my theme has change and has a reviewer that's more custom to it. Daniel was great in getting me my CSV to transfer over to my new theme. This is a great company and their app is AMAZING!! much success to you! Update: Yotpo is one of the best review Apps out there. There customer service is prompt. Manny just helped me with my reviews. I didn't realize I made a change that would affect the viewing of my reviews and Manny resolved it. Great service.. very happy!!! So far so good with this review app. I like they will be expanding with more options. So far, this app is for all merchants to show case their reviews. I recently update my theme and thought I lost the reviews, but it's still held for you by Yotpo.
We recently changed themes in our store and the widget disappeared. Howell was super helpful in getting things up and running again and in record time. We love using Yotpo and the customer service is always A1! Keep up the great work you guys!
