We encountered an issue where users couldn't submit reviews from mobile devices using the Yotpo review widget. The modal wouldn't allow necessary fields to be scrolled within. Yotpo's support team responded very quickly to our concerns. They identified the root cause of the problem and guided us through the resolution process smoothly. I'm especially grateful to Arven for their support. Thanks to their quick and accurate assistance, we were able to resolve the issue in a short time, which was a great help.

I am new to using this service, and as a person who struggles with computer lingo, I struggled with this app and modifying code. I did have several customer support team members try to help me. I ended up accidentally exiting all of my application pages where chat boxes were open, multiple times. I struggled, is putting it nicely.

Wendyle Christian, Rove, and one other member helped me. I had a lot of questions, a lot of struggles to work through. The last support member I talked to was Wendyle. Very polite, well mannered, and CALM AND COLLECTED. I was a fury of questions, while refreshing my page to make sure I could keep up and understand what was happening. I was annoying, in my own opinion ( I can admit that. I was just trying to understand what was happening. Good intentions, but poor execution. hah!)

The team members were very nice and worked very hard with me to make sure all of my concerns were taken care of. GOOD JOB TEAM! Thank you for your help. I literally could not have done it without you.

I had to uninstall the app the support is terrible. After 3 weeks the problem was not fixed. I decided to go with another review provider.

This app is full of bugs - Upgrading your plan from Free to a paid tier doesn't actually work (the charge is applied, but service levels are NOT increased). Additionally, the Onboarding flow within the app is broken (persistently asks you to install the widget, when doing so, it adds the widget to your theme multiple times). Go with another option! Worse yet, the support is horrible.
