I was very satisfied with the help that Albert provided when I needed help on the App. I enjoy the app Customers seem happy to respond.
Customer service is great, and there is so many integrations. I highly recommend the paid version, it is worth the money.
This app helps to visualize customer sentiments in a really valuable way. We also ran into an technical glitch/issue, which Pauline at Yotpo helped us solve (and another issue in Nov 2019, which Jan at Yotpo solved). So after almost 10 years of a free account with Yotpo, we couldn't be happier.
We have used Yotpo for a couple of years now, it has many wonderful capabilities, and ways of acquiring reviews. However, they offer no technical support, only time you will hear from them is when it’s time to renew your contract, and when you find someone in support it’s someone from sales, with a superficial knowledge of the app, not someone who actually knows any of the technical stuff, which is why you needed them in the first place. We are looking for other options.

This 5 star review is for the technical service help I got from Ed, who went about 5 or 6 rounds with me in trying to get our Dmarc authenticated with Sendgrid and Yotpo sending emails on behalf of us to our customers. He was really willing to go the extra mile and get this figured out with me. Thanks a lot Ed. Great job!

Got helped to install review widgets on the new store theme, one of the support agents really did a good job to manually install them for me and explained what it's for. In the end, my new store looks professional and neat, thanks for her help.
I have just had the best customer service experience from Yotpo. I needed a few things done to move the reviews carousell, to show stars rating somewhere on products page, etc and it was done in a breeze by the support personnel. Helpful, pleasant, quick. Double thumbs up!
