I was very pleased with the quick and responsive help I received from Elven. My star color reset to white for no apparent reason, and since I wasn't able to save the changes myself (due to some tech issues Yotpo is having), Elven did it from the backend...It took all of 5 mins and my stars were back to a viewable black, and I am very happy!

12/9/21 Updated review...THEY HAVE LIVE HELP NOW!! Amazing...!!! When I need help you can IM with live folk. Huge game changer! Eduardo R was so helpful and we took care of the issue in 5 minutes! Instead of spending all the time to email and go back and forth, and receive help "tickets" and waste a tone of time!! Thank you ! -------------------------------------------------------------
This was one of the best choices we made. And I don't say that lightly...they offer such a great service and they are fair with pricing...the product just flat out works and there's alot of extras you can do even with the free option. Today I needed to have something fixed that our coders did, and they handled the request and made the changes in under 2 hours. Esp. as it relates to apps - this kind of customer service is not usual. So we were so grateful for having chose them as our review partner! Thank you Yotpo!

Had issue with imported reviews mis-allocated to the wrong product and their customer service was very helpful and quick to fix the issue. Very happy that support was available on a Saturday.

I deactivated the widget recently as I was finding the cost too high. I was trying out Shopify's in-house Product Reviews app as it's free but quickly learned there is no email review request option. Not good, gotta go back to Yotpo. The support team was able to easily get my widget reinstalled after I struggled. They cleaned up the features too, like made the stars appear beneath the product listings on my collection pages. Really happy with the quality support.

I just installed it yesterday but so far so good. Leizel imported my past reviews from Shopify quickly and even went above and beyond to move my widget to my preferred place on the product page. It looks great and puts the review process on auto-pilot! #winning
