Today Ethelbert Santos was an absolutely star by guiding me of how to resend a review request to a customer that has rated us wrongly and wanted to amend her review.
Again,other super guidance from Ian Christian C. Very helpfull. I just wish that all helplines were like Yotpo's one. Amazing.

So far so good! I’ve gained some customer reviews, which helps build trust from potential consumers. Gimbert was also very helpful in assisting me with getting my email settings corrected!
