This is quite possibly the most important app in the whole of the Shopify App Store. If you can generate reviews you'll generate sales. With YotPo, simply install and configure and YotPo will email your customers asking for a review (you can customise the message) and at the same time, the email will upsell a few of your products (again you can customise this). You'll be quite surprised just how many reviews you'll get and how quickly they'll accumulate. Simply put, your business NEEDS this app!
The customer service from Edilyn was very helpful in a timely manner and was able to resolve not only the problem I was experiencing but also add an additional feature that improves my customer experience. Very thankful.
The chat people were extremely helpful! They took an hour of their time to answer all my questions because I do not know how to do coding or anything like that but they were so kind and very very helpful! highly recommend.
This is one of those apps that has just worked! We have tried many apps over the past few months and none has given us the return on our effort and investment like Yotpo! If you own an online shop then this is essential.
Its not cheap but most powerful review app we have used and support has been v quick whenever we have had an issue or needed something amended

I used the free version, which was great, but really wanted to use a couple of the paid features, so recently upgraded. However many of them you needed to add code and I really had no idea how to do that and thought I would need to pay someone, but I was lucky enough to find Ronel R & Reinier D via the live chat and they literally did all the coding for me on the spot! I was totally amazed and super grateful for his help. Highly recommend the App and the service team! Excellent! Edit: Just had another issue which I needed help with, and the service team once again did not disappoint. Thanks Rhenant for your super efficient on the spot help!
