App is easy to set up and works well. We've had a few issues but the support has been great - Radly was especially helpful.
Wonderful and customer service helped every step of the way! Rilu Jane sat and reinstalled everything I needed for over 30 minutes and walked be through step by step. I would highly recommend.
So far I have had a great experience using Yotpo. Their customer support has been amazing. Daniel P. did a phenomenal job at getting all of my questions answered.
I love this app! I had a tiny bit of trouble with the install, but Yotpo support was very prompt and helpful in straightening out all of the mistakes I made. Once they did their magic with the coding, everything displayed beautifully on my site. I am delighted and happy with all of the wonderful possibilities that this app has to offer. I had some glitch in using the app initially. I reached out for help twice and both times, got great help by the customer service. I am still in trial but will definately upgrade to get even better service.
