Just downloaded but a great experience so far. I was faced with an installation issue and the live chat feature responded and fixed the issue promptly.

Hands down one of the best review apps out there that every shopify store should trial at the least. Apart from the product being so comprehensive, their customer support is also second to none, responses received within 24 hours and on point. Only drawback I'd say is their subscriptions are quite pricey especially when you move up the tiers.

Customize your emails and ask for reviews from your customers manually or in auto mode. Add widgets and carousels with reviews to your website. Now, speaking of excellent user experiences, gotta mention, "John G" from customer service. We've had our fair share of chat conversations with the customer service team, but John G. stands out with his patience and dedication. His ability to not just hear, but really listen to our issues made all the difference. We had the task of importing 100+ reviews. He patiently guided us through the entire process, ensuring everything went smoothly. And bonus points for taking the extra step of directing us to utilize features we were completely unaware of! Some other agents fell short here, but John G. was a game-changer.
