Great App to collect reviews from your customers!!! Bunch of options for optimization and tracking your conversions. Customize your emails and ask for reviews from your customers manually or in auto mode. Add widgets and carousels with reviews to your website. I just had a super awesome chat with Ronel R for support on getting a customer to update their review because he was happy with our customer service. Ronel was friendly and fast, what more could you ask for?
Now, speaking of excellent user experiences, gotta mention, "John G" from customer service. We've had our fair share of chat conversations with the customer service team, but John G. stands out with his patience and dedication. His ability to not just hear, but really listen to our issues made all the difference. We had the task of importing 100+ reviews. He patiently guided us through the entire process, ensuring everything went smoothly. And bonus points for taking the extra step of directing us to utilize features we were completely unaware of! Some other agents fell short here, but John G. was a game-changer.
