Helpful support from Sugar L over at Yotpo. App works great.\ and is way better than the Shopify app.

Had great customer support from Edilyn B. She took the time to blacklist a few products as I was having a hard time with the process!

Allen M. was super helpful in providing a review summary for all our products and recipes as well!

So far the customer support has continued to be excellent. Glad to have them available to quickly sort and fix issues.

Yotpo is amazing for sourcing reviews from our customers. We only use the free version at the moment, but the functionality to send in-email reviews gets some great feedback from our customers, because it doesn't take up a lot of their time to do.
