I love this app so far. Their support service is awesome They are very helpful every time. It is definitely working for me. Updating my review - These guys are genuinely very helpful. I would highly recommend them. They make it so easy to manage everything.

Realistically speaking, you're going to have to pay for a fully functional version, so the "free" tag is kind of misleading. That said, the platform, while very expensive, did exactly what it said it would do... collect reviews.

If you're in a business where reviews are important.... there's nothing better

James was SO patient! Thanks for all your time. After checking out MANY reviews app I chose Yotpo. It's great knowing they have such good support. Simoun was great too! Spent so much time dealing with my issues. Thanks!

We didn't want to show our customers names on the reviews. Happy the customer support from Yotpo helped us with the problem so quickly. Thank you. We are still new to the app, don't get used to it but great app so far.

I had an outstanding experience. Rheneat was patient and extremely knowledgeable. He cleaned my store up and installed several features that added great value to my store. I’m not in any way techy and I just couldn’t figure it out myself. He followed up with me as promised. Definitely the Best of the Best.

The app has its issues, but every time I've run into a problem their customer service has saved me. Like I said, the app runs into a number of problems that can get annoying; however, each time my boss has chewed me out for a review-related issue, they've swooped in and help me out.
