I love how available and help their customer service team is! I rarely have any issues with this app. If I do, it is usually do to my own error. I recently changed my theme and did not re-install YOTPO correctly. I was connected to Mary Ann via the online help chat and she got all my reviews back onto my site so quickly! Highly recommend this app.
I love this App because it sends emails to customers with past orders and ask them for a review. Pauline was very helpful in getting me started. I definitely recommend it.
Yotpo is easy to work with and I've been able to customize my Review widgets to an extent that I wasn't able to with our previous service. The customer service is also amazing. I spoke with Rhenant, and was helped within 5 minutes. So happy we switched over to Yotpo!

Helped me gather reviews and engage with customers, interface is very easy to customize. Customer service is also an A+! I accidentally deleted a product listing and had to move the reviews and CS Jeorge was helpful and was able to fix my issues in no time.
I'm really pleased with this app. The customer service is excellent (Thanks Raphael!). It has everything we need from a rating app. It's also easy to move across your ratings if you change your theme or site. Thanks for your great work guys!
