Yotpo ‑ Product Reviews App

Excellent service and help from Junalou. So patient and helpful during the integration of my new shop.

Prompt customer service, clear interface for reviews. Only thing is if the reviews could be collapsed into a few pages rather than a long list of them showing up together.

Love how this app collects and harvest reviews, it's very complete! Best of all their customer support is top level. I contacted the yotpo support and they helped me faster than any other customer support from other apps! Thank you Elven...where ever you are...!

A seriously cool app that does exactly what it says it will. Easy to install even for beginners like me.

I think out of all the Shopify Apps this is my favourite. Easy to install it seamlessly linked into my store sending email to customers asking for reviews .. and in they came. It makes a huge difference to the website and customers have commented they bought my product over a competitors because of the glowing reviews.

Having the ability to respond to the comments is great too. If you get a 4 star review it is easy to turn around by responding the comment and fixing whatever the problem was that got you 4 instead of 5 stars.

Plus it integrates with the Shopify AI KIT and pushes out good reviews to social media for you!

If you have confidence in your product and work hard to market your brand and on customer service this is your reward!

Excellent app and outstanding customer support. Had an issue with displaying imported reviews, but Kenneth John M helped sort it out in no time at all. Highly recommend it any store looking for a flexible, usable review app.

I went with Yotpo after problems using the Shopify product review app. The app is working well and the email after purchase is definitely helping to get new reviews. So far, the app has been easy to install and use and customer support has been quick to respond. I am happy also that there is a free version of the app for shops that are just starting out.
