They've always been good and keep getting better and adding new cool digital products and features. Customer Service is lightning fast and responsive. Great company.
It's a totally awesome app! We have been using Yotpo for a few years now and even moved our reviews from one platform to another. With Yotpo's support and configuration on the review from the different platforms we were able to get our old reviews on the new platform. We have the reviews setup to post to our Facebook page and the integration with Shopify is smooth. It integrates with the search engine to show your reviews also. We were able to created a coupon through Yotpo that encourages customers to write a review. You can change the days you want the request sent which helps due to some extended amount of time for some custom products. The support team is the best. They are there for your success and go over and above what most customer service support teams do. There are a lot of functions we have not used yet but I highly recommend Yotpo.
I love this app and all the possibilities. Also got good help with costumizing from both Eduardo and Lemuel.

Because of such a service, I chose to move to Yotpo
Orly was super patient, extremely helpful and a huge lifesaver! We recently made some changes to our product offerings and we needed to import some reviews from an external source and Orly helped every step of the way. The Yotpo app is full of neat functionality and it looks great on the site.
Update on Feb 10/2023. James Edmar C was super helpful, kind and patient. It seems Yotpo has improved the way they import reviews via csv; no longer via email, and can now be done via chat! Thanks so much for your help and for making this improvement.
The app is great, but even greater is the customer service. I used the help bubble to ask a question and the assistant not only told me it was possible but went on to fix the issue for me along with some coding he changed to optimise my website, just because he noticed it could be better. Amazing! 10/10 service.
Previously, this was our go-to app for reviews. Overtime features have become more and more costly. Their free plan is basically useless.
It was a wonderful app with amazing features but it seems greed took over. One time I can say positive is that their support has always been top-notch.
