Very easy to use. Though you do need to pay to get the most out of it. The support team is very helpful. Especially Ronel, who helped me a particularly pressing issue.
Have only just installed the app, so far, so good. Ronel was very helpful with queries when setting up. Dropped review to 4 stars...it seems I skipped a step upon set-up to automatically send review requests to my past orders (I.e. those prior to integrating Yotpo). Eunice was so helpful, stuck with me and arranged for the past order review emails to be sent. It took 3 weeks for the root of the problem to be identified and resolved. I feel either the instructions need to be clearer, or there needs to be the option to send them mails once someone has set up their account so that if the step has been accidentally missed, someone can go back and send them mails. (I must note I am on the free account, for now)
Daniel P and Reymon were responsive and quick with fixing an issue I had once I updated my theme. They wasted no time on helping me and I had one of the best customer service experiences. Thank you!

This apps been great at collecting product reviews to help new customers trust the brand. We're a very new brand so these reviews along with the visual reviews is massively helping us to create customer loyalty and trust! Highly recommend it.

Yotpo is easy to work with and I've been able to customize my Review widgets to an extent that I wasn't able to with our previous service. The customer service is also amazing. I spoke with Rhenant, and was helped within 5 minutes. So happy we switched over to Yotpo!
