Jeorge from customer service was great, very helpful team. Have just started using Yotpo but so far so good. I did have to manually install this as our theme (debut) wasn't compatible with the auto-install, but was still easy with their instructions.
Love it! Easy to install and use.
Changed from another App to Yotpo and found it much more powerful. Love the "verfied buyer" and "verified reviewer" status and the fact that you can push the reviews to social media.
The fact that on installation it automatically emailed review requests to customers who had order previously was a nice surprise. Didn't realise until the reviews started coming in from customers who had ordered several weeks ago.

Really loving this app! Easy to use and when I had some questions, Ed from the support team went above and BEYOND! He was so helpful and such a pleasure to work with! He quickly address my needs regarding the review widget and even offered to help customize my product page so customers can easily see and/or rate our products! Thanks again Ed!!

My experience has been they provide excellent customer service. Kenn T leveraged his R&D team to solve a problem I had that extended past the current functionality of the app. Great stuff.
