Yotpo ‑ Product Reviews App

This app is FANTASTIC!

It worked immediately and looks great. Ive added the option for product reviews and store reviews. Ive placed product reviews on the bottom of each product page and crated a page of its own on the footer for 'Our Reviews' giving customers the option to leave a review of the store/website overall. Ive also been able to colour code the buttons etc within Yotpo so that it matches our store theme. Its only been installed a couple of days and we have had our first review.

Yotpo automatically emails customers a few days after a sale and asks them for a review - The emails are fully customisable so Ive tailor made them so that it is more personable and relevant to my store.

Another fantastic feature is that once a review is left, Yotpo will automatically tweet the review on your twitter account and place it onto your Facebook wall if you want.

I can not recommend Yotpo enough, it has added credibility to my site and I'm very thankful of that. Best of all its FREE!

I used this app to help me gather my reviews, while it requires playing a round with coding (which Im not savvy with) I had a great experience with a rep name Junalou who helped with all the confusion, very hands on and went above and beyond finding other areas that needed to be corrected. While Im still playing with the app and seeing how it compares with the other one I used previously I'll be back with another review!

Eleen at customer service was so helpful setting me up and taking time to help me with my questions and even setting up my widgets. I'm hoping that this is THE ONE for my reviews! Plan on upgrading if all goes well to unlock additional features.

It’s been about three weeks trying to get the reviews to my website imported and the representative stayed in contact every step of the way. She was knowledgeable and patient. The customer service is great and I’ve had this app for about a year.

The desktop is pretty straight forward to use. We only have the free version, so not sure if there are other features that we are looking for in the paid version but it does the trick! We had an 'human error' for an import of a review, we contacted customer service via the chat option and it was resolved quickly by Simoun. Would recommend this App for anyone looking to have automatic review emails sent out and imported.
