My experience con this app has been fantastic, your support is very fast and quick. Thank you very much for your help.
The desktop is pretty straight forward to use. We only have the free version, so not sure if there are other features that we are looking for in the paid version but it does the trick! We had an 'human error' for an import of a review, we contacted customer service via the chat option and it was resolved quickly by Simoun. Would recommend this App for anyone looking to have automatic review emails sent out and imported.
I used this app for reviews on my product pages and this is working perfectly fine.
