Put simply.. a 'must have' App.
It makes collecting reviews a joy, it's easy to use and implement. It's a pleasure to deal with an app that's so user friendly and powerful. It literally takes all of the hard work out of installing a review system and it works a treat, creating powerful social confidence = more sales.

Yotpo has a lot to offer and a pretty good range of price/functionality/etc. The support is what makes them stand out! I always get a quick response and, unlike with most softwares, the agents don't just send you an article but they get in your account and fix things for you. That's what Doner did for me recently and I appreciated it so much!

Yotpo is the best plug-in I have ever used, and customer service can solve problems for me in a timely manner when I encounter problems. When I encounter problems, Rhenant provides me with professional services and successfully solves my problems, which is great!
Great app. Great for engaging customers and getting their feedback. Our theme is complex but Junalou managed to get the star placement right where we needed it in about 5 minutes. Impressive.

Don in tech support was so very helpful, kind, and patient with this new Shopify store owner. He took great care of me and migrated a review from my Buy button to my store without any trouble at all. This is by far some of the best online chat customer service I've ever received! Thank you Don--I hope you get a raise :) :) So far I am very pleased with this app!
