Has worked well for us over at www.teaologists.co.uk. It would be good to use some of the premium features, but (much like other review software) it is quite expensive to upgrade.
I already like this app and have been using it for almost 2 years. I've been updating my store recently and have been exploring some of the extended features of the app. The chat support from Doner was fast, thorough and altogether first rate. Better yet, he made all the necessary changes and tweaks to my store in one session!

I use Yotpo to generate customer reviews for my store. Since I have a payed account now I have the possibility to integrate pictures and other gadgets. Junalou helped me in setting this all up in the way that I wanted it to be. Thank you for your great support. That was fast and great work.
Great app to manage your reviews. Have been using this for a year now and now adding similar products to our offering. Nick did a great job in merging reviews and setting up groups on new items added into our catalog.

Very comprehensive. Functionalities are strategically developed to meet customer demand. Pricing is a little higher than competitors but in terms of its value and scalability, Yotpo is worth considering and doing research on it.
