this is really the best review app I have ever used. The service is fast and professional. And they even have a " Question" function which allows customers to ask questions about our products and the question will show on the product page.

Great app so far with excellent and fast support. Moved over from the Shopify product review app to clean up issues with google structured data. Nice layout on the product page and plenty of options. Check it out

Just got off live chat support with Gimbert. I've contacted Yotpo a few times since I'm new to their app and the customer service team is always so helpful. I love the app and as a small business owner I find it very productive and useful on collecting reviews for my store. Review Update* Sheen from the Yotpo customer service team has been working alongside with me on an issue with a 3rd party app that I needed blacklisted. Sheen was extremely communicative and listened to my needs as a consumer using this app and went above and beyond to help fulfill them. Thank you so much!

Thank you Doner P - you answered all questions and solved the problem I needed help with. Although the automated system gave me the instructions, you still went out of way to to assist me by moving all my reviews from the current listings to the new ones. Its a shame that I cannot leave a new review. I love this app and never have an issue with using it. 08/07/2023
So far so good...I had a bit of an issue installing but Radly was amazing at helping me resolve my issue. The support was quick and easy.
Loved the app, what i loved more than app automate review collection is there Support system. They help me integrate the app widgets on my shopify theme, made it an seamless experience. All i had to do was sit back and the watch there team do the magic !! Special thanks to Anne and Jo Lorenz !!
I love Yotpo. They have been very helpful with collecting reviews. I just recently upgraded my plan and i was struggling with code install. I reached out foe help and my rep was so nice and very helpful with the install. I will be reaching out again if i run into anymore issue. I highly recommend this app.
