Very professional app, user generated content and reviews go a long way for potential customers in building trust and being all around helpful in figuring out quality and sizing. John G was very helpful in getting the reviews to properly display on collection and product pages. Would recommend!

Although there were some minor issues, but this app works great so far. And the customer service is good, Ed, Sheen and Eunice did great jobs to answer our questions, and fix most of our problems. one suggestion we would like to give to customer service: when an issue is reported, please communicate solutions and associated impacts/risks to customer before take any action. This will let customer to evaluate impacts/risks before implement solution. In whole, we do recommend this app to e-commerce shop

This app is by far the best .. super cost effective and the support is second to non .. Robertini and the rest of the team are so helpful with every element and help get the most out of the reviews .. just awesome !
Just migrated from another reviews app and the support from Reinier, John B & Doner was really helpful in setting up a star rating widget in the code that I couldn't find as well as successfully importing all our reviews. So far the app is great and has everything I need in the free version to try it out and have just upgraded to the really affordable growth plan.
Warly provided great service. He was prompt and able to assist my needs immediately. I would recommend this app to others.
