Jesus Lorenz solved my question very quickly. We are going to send review request once we set them correctly.

Also Nicole Liu helped me！ Nicloe changed display of customer review. Some of customer write their real name. To prevent that Nicloe changed it into "Nick name"
Nicole changed admin's name quickly after I asked for it.
