Yotpo ‑ Product Reviews App

I was struggling to migrate reviews from the old website to my new platform, Anne from Yopto has been my absolute saviour and an utter superstar! She did all of the work for me as I kept hitting obstacles and was happy to give me a huge amount of time to resolve this. Well done Yopto and especially Anne for your patience and attention to detail. Amazing! I would give you 6 stars if I could.

Super happy with App and customer service so far. The User generated content looks very promising. The automated features make it easy to use once set up.

We had nothing but problems with Yotpo. Hyper expensive and constant "need to upgrade to get more features" led to constantly increasing our costs with little real reward. Customer service was not that great. We were desperate so we kept going back thinking that we must be doing something wrong since they have great reviews...but it was just not good in the end. At one point our review requests were somehow randomly turned off (though we had not logged into the dashboard ourselves to do it) yet we were still being charged. I only noticed when the reviews stopped coming in for some reason. When I inquired about the recent drastic reduction in reviews being submitted, the rep said "oh, you're not requesting them anymore"...Wait? Huh? I am paying hundreds of dollars to NOT request reviews? Who would do that? So, we paid over $300 for absolutely nothing for a period of time. No offer to refund, no help whatsoever except for "sorry, you paid us but weren't collecting reviews" (why would we ever intended to NOT collect reviews, but pay hundreds to Yotpo still to do so...that should not even be an option.) In addition, after recently changing over to another service provider who's pricing is MUCH better and offers way more user-friendly features and design options, I am sad we didn't leave YotPo sooner. I feel like we wasted so much money. Honestly, one of the worst app experiences we've had on Shopify and overpriced if you are a store that does volume. Lastly, there is no clean uninstall. So after deleting their app, you will still have to deal with the headache of going into your liquid.code and removing all of the crap off. There are way better options out there now. I would not recommend YotPo to a friend if they asked.

YOTPO has been great! Love having the reviews added to my site. I had a hard time figuring out how to install the "Rich Snippets" option- BUT I used the Yotpo live chat option and the Yotpo representative (PAUL! :) ) helped install that feature for me. I am SO very happy with Yotpo and grateful to have received so many wonderful reviews on my shop, thanks to their app. ALOHA!

Ed was really helpful with installing the stars on our shopify website. He answered my questions quickly and provided support in a timely matter.

Easy to use and install... migration from Magento was a breeze thanks to Dana's help with explaining what's required and providing the necessary steps to do so. Support response was fast, all my questions were answered clearly, and after sending the export file, the reviews were uploaded the same day! Was pleasantly surprised. Thank you! (2018)
Have dealt with the Yotpo support team a few times and today, Bernard was extremely fast and efficient in assisting me with my issue. Have Yotpo on two Shopify sites and both work well. Thank you! (2019)

I had a new theme installed and my reviews weren't showing up. I reached out to Ronel via chat, and he logged into the backend and worked his magic. My reviews were showing up within minutes of contacting Yotpo. Excellent customer service!

Yotpo team is brilliant. The app is super easy to use and the support staff is very knowledgeable and they are very quick with responding to your questions and going above and beyond. Highly recommend this app ! 10/10 !!!!!!!
