We are just getting started with YOTPO so we can't speak to how well it works as a platform. However, I can't speak highly enough about the integration process with Shopify. I am not real savvy when it comes to coding and so I reached out to YOTPO support and connected with Manny T who made the entire process a breeze. I let him know what I needed and he provided clear instructions and got everything connected the way I need it to be. Keep up the good work!
Dunno if it was my luck, but u guys have been improving the attention CS provides at least this full year, the last guy who helped me set up my walmart syndication plan, John G, was amazing, clear, concise & helped me get a better understanding of what was needed from me in order to achieve success in my walmart syndication venture, so kudos to y'all!

Yotpo has helped us know our customers by reading and listening to their reviews. It's a very easy platform to work with, and customer service is amazing. I personally worked with John B, who late at night helped me, and found solutions for me that worked instantly. I honestly recommend this service to all!
YOTPO is probably the best app for reviews available. It's easy to setup and works like a charm. The fact that you can "set and forget" it, is simply awesome and a huge time saver.
Plus, it's super cool too see what your customers write about your products :D
