The free version has more than enough great features for beginning sites.
Another one of our sites gets a HUGE number of reviews, more than some competitors with 10x-100x the traffic, simply due to the follow-up emails.

I needed help with my reviews they weren’t showing up so I emailed the support team and they took care of the issue immediately! Great response time and kept in communication throughout.
5 stars to Allen customer service rep for helping me out. I would give the app 5 stars if I had the paid version and it was as good or better than the free one.
yotpo works great for my product they have great support, Ed. helped me customize css of plugin which was extremly helpfull and saved me money!
