I like this app though it should be easier to locate new reviews. The best part is when Donald U helped set up the reviews carousel in my Shopify site! I tried myself wasted a lot of time so tried chat and Donald had my carousel up and running on my site in minutes! It’s such a tremendous benefit to have chat agents like Donald who are available and competent !!

I had got that app is good to use and its support center is too active and solve our problem as soon as possible. And Nick assisted me good.
Been using Yotpo for a couple months now. Customer services was fairly quick and able to help me when needed. The dash is simple and easy to ease. I wish the widgit was better looking and able to customize it further.
Yotpo is by far the best way to collect customer reviews online. Their customer support here is super quick too!
